How To Spot A Fake Goyard And How To Choose A Great Goyard St Louis Tote Replica

The Goyard Saint Louis tote is by far the most popular Goyard bag and it comes in two sizes: PM and GM. This is a super popular bag yet I do not see it on the streets as much as I do Louis Vuitton Neverfulls due to the exclusivity of the brand: Goyard has only 29 boutiques around the world and they do not sell directly online, or even display their catalog online. This approach seems almost strange in our tech crazed world where we are used to getting what we want when we want, and usually what we want is available online.

Even with this tight approach to selling, Goyard St. Louis tote is a favorite amongst celebs and handbag lovers around the world. I think these are the bag’s strongest points: it is versatile, lightweight and extremely functional. You can use the Goyard fake St Louis tote as an everyday bag, as a shopping bag, as a traveling bag, as a diaper bag or even as a beach bag as these celebs show:

This article is dedicated towards those are either trying to buy a pre-owned Goyard and want to know how to differentiate a fake Goyard from a real Goyard, or those who want to know what key features they need to pay attention to when shopping for a replica Goyard St. Louis Tote.

How to Tell if YOUR Goyard is Fake?

1) Check the Canvas.

Learning to differentiate a fake Goyard has become more difficult now than it was previously because of a big change Goyard made in the year 2006 when they stopped hand-painting every single dot on their bags and starting using stencils instead to keep up with the large customer demand. As you may expect, many Goyard customers were not pleased with the changes and honestly who can blame them? When you buy an authentic Goyard, for which you are paying top dollar, it is fair to say you expect excellent value in exchange.

This vintage Goyard Steamer Trunk shows off the beauty of the handpainted detail that the bags used to have.

You can see how the dot work on this vintage wallet was varied since it was hand painted.

This is the Goyard bag’s modern texture which shows more uniform dotting due to the use of stencils.

If you look at the older authentic Goyard trunk or the vintage wallet above you and focus on the spots, you will notice that the print is quite different from the modern St Louis totes. The Chevron print used to be messy and imperfect which many argue was actually a good thing because it gave Goyard pieces more character and made each piece truly unique. Before Goyard switched over to stenciled dotting, the easiest way to know how to spot a fake Goyard was to check to see if the pattern was “too perfect”. As one would expect, replica manufacturers didn’t hand paint their fake Goyard totes, so the differences between Goyard bags replica and the authentic were easily noticeable. This made buying a pre-owned Goyard a lot easier, and buying a good knockoff almost impossible.

To this day controversy reigns amongst Goyard fans, many of whom are still complaining about the print being too perfect. This homogeneity makes all the Goyard St Louis totes look too much alike, and take away the charm that the hand painted vintage models had. To add salt to the wound, Goyard also started charging more for their bags even though they stopped hand-painting them which seems to make little sense since their labour costs clearly went down, so it was only natural for this question to arise: are the bags still worth it?

Well on one hand you can’t really blame Goyard. As a company they had demand and their supply was clearly not cutting it ever since their bag entered the mainstream conscious and there were many orders began coming their way. Using stencils was a faster way to make their bags, and they are a business at the end of the day. However the fact that they also increased the prices was what really irked many, myself including.

Honestly if I were to answer the question posed two paragraphs ago, I’d say that if I really wanted a Goyard I would not go for a brand new authentic. I would go for a vintage piece that was still hand painted as I believe the hand painted bags represented the true artistry of the brand. However if I were aching for a brand new bag, I’d go for a fake since there are good replicas of the bag out there. In fact I did a review on one previously which you can read by clicking here. When looking to purchase a Goyard replica these are the most important things you should look for in the canvas:

1. It should have a bumpy texture as if it were actually hand-painted: If you can’t feel the raised bumps, the bag is not a counter quality replica. It’s simply not true that all replica Goyard bags have a smooth surface because they have the pattern printed on the material. If you are buying the bag online, it’s essential to see a close-up photo of the canvas. If the seller is not willing to provide a close up shot, don’t buy it since it is probably a bad fake.
2. It should not look extremely shiny: The bag should not have a plastic-y look and feel as if it were made from cheap vinyl and cheap cotton.

2) Check the STAMP.

If you really want to learn how to tell a fake Goyard, you should also check the embossed stamp. Usually replica Goyard St Louis totes have an imperfect stamp, even if the canvas looks essentially perfect. This tip is mostly useful to those who are trying to authenticate their Goyard. To make it easier for you to visualize, here is a photo of a real and fake interior stamp:

A fake Goyard interior stamp. The font is clearly off and the logo is not stamped correctly.

An authentic Goyard interior stamp that is clean and matches the company’s logo.

You’ll notice that for most fake Goyard bags they either don’t use the right font, the letters are too close together or they are too deeply embossed into the leather.

Real Goyard St Louis totes are known for being extremely lightweight due to the materials they are constructed with which include: resin-coated canvas for the exterior and cotton/linen fabric for the interior. By lifting up the bag and checking the weight you could cut your authentication process short if you notice anything unusual. If the bag is on the heavy side, then it’s probably a fake Goyard. The only drawback with this tip is that this assessment is only possible if you already have the bag in person.

Pay attention to the color of the stitching of the bag. Black Goyard bags feature black stitching while ALL the other colors have white stitching. Also remember to check to see if there is a white stitch in the middle at the end of the handle tabs for all colors other than black bags which should have black stitching down the middle of the handle tabs. Of course, if the stitching is sloppy and messy that’s a dead giveaway and a sign the bag you are looking at is not only fake but a very bad fake at that.

As is important to check with all bags, make sure the stitch work is clean on the Goyard bag you are judging.

The Goyard St Louis tote comes with a detachable pouch which is something you must check and which will quickly be able to tell you if you have a fake on your hands.  There should be a serial number on the interior of the pouch for older St. Louis totes. For the newer styles, the serial number should be on the end of the leather strap that attaches the pouch to the bag. The numbers are small and discreetly embossed. If the bag you have has no serial number it is definitely a fake.

The serial number on the interior of a Goyard pouch.

The serial number on the end of the strap connecting the pouch to the bag.

The hardware is minimal on Goyard bags and wallets, but as you know every detail on the bag important if you want to learn how to tell if a Goyard bag is fake. The logo is engraved on the snap button of the detachable pouch, and the words “Goyard” and “Paris” should be visible on the interior of the metallic snap button.

Both the words “Goyard” and “Paris” are clearly visible.

I have yet to see a replica Goyard bag that knocks every one of these requirements out of the park, however there are some that come close like this bag I previously reviewed. Overall regardless of whether you are shopping for an authentic Goyard St. Louis or a knockoff, these six characteristics are very important in order to help you recognize whether the bag is fake, and if it is fake how good or bad of a fake it is!

Balenciaga Classic City (Metallic Edge) Replica Bag Review

Hey everyone! So last year as part of my bi-annual replica bag haul I scored a Balenciaga Classic City in taupe gris with the metallic edge detailing. The real bag retails for $2,490 on Barney’s and is completely sold out on Balenciaga’s official website. The bag is super luxe yet very functional at the same time. The shoulder strap the bag comes with makes it a no fuss bag in the sense that you can simply throw it on your shoulder and go out. I’ve always personally had a soft spot for bags with shoulder straps since they make carrying the bag so easy, and help add a nonchalant vibe to your overall look as these celebs showcase while carrying the bag:

Celebs carrying different Balenciaga bags

Another aspect of the bag I love is all the small details starting with the braided handles. I think that the braided handles add such a defining touch to all of Balenciaga’s models and really think it is one of those signature touches that can help you easily identify the brand. The braided handles add a beautiful sense of femininity to an otherwise very tom-boyish bag in my opinion. Another defining feature of Balenciaga’s classic bags are the tassels. There are tassels on every zipper of the bag (on the top and the front) and this is another signature design feature which screams Balenciaga to me.

The bag retails for $2,490 on Barney’s New York site.

Balenciaga bags are also very slinky. The bag does not stand up easily on its own since the leather is so supple, and it slouches quite easily. I really think that the slinkiness adds to the overall carefree vibe that exudes from the bag. The leather on the particular bag I chose is chevre which is goatskin. I have to say this is the first chevre leather bag I have ever owned and the grain on the leather is magnificent. The texture is matte with a drop of shine, and looks stunning in person (pictures can’t really justify the look or supple feel).

Overall I have to say that the Balenciaga City bag is a very thoughtfully designed bag that really makes you appreciate the overall art of handbag design. I think that the bag is really functional for use on a day to day basis and have personally been using it as my go to bag for weekend shopping when I am going for a no-fuss experience. Here are more pics of the bag for you to judge:

The bag came wrapped beautifully with protective packaging around the metallic hardware to prevent it from being damaged during the shipping process.

The braided handle details are absolutely stunning and my favorite design feature of the bag.

The pull-out mirror is also a neat little feature. Even though we live in the age of digital tech. where you can pull out your phone to take a quick selfie or use the camera as a mirror (I don’t do this personally but I have seen others guilty of this act), it’s nice to have an old-school leather clad mirror available on hand in your bag!

The interior of the bag is made with a black fabric lining.

A view from the back of the bag where the detailing is visible. Also I think this picture does a great job of showcasing the suppleness of the leather!

A close-up of the zipper & hardware. As I have mentioned over and over on the blog the hardware, zippers, and stitching usually point to how well a bag is made. This is what often separates a good fake from a bad one. As the picture above displays the stitching, and hardware are all on point.

The strap comes in super handy if you want to simply wear the bag as opposed to having to carry it. The strap is a bit longer compared to its authentic counterpart, however this is a minor difference I can live with.

The interior tag inside the bag that is stamped with the Balenciaga logo.

As you can see there is a serial number on the back of the tag that correlates with Balenciaga’s authentic serial # system. “Made in Italy” is also stamped in the bag!

The interior zipper of the bag is pull out on both sides make it easy to access the top zipper.

Another closeup showcasing the beautiful grain of the chevre leather as well as the lovely stitch detailing.

This picture shows a top view of the bag where you can see the tassels on the top zipper as well!

Overall I love this bag, and it is an excellent replica in relation to leather, stitching, hardware quality, and overall craftsmanship (9.5/10). However if I were to share one gripe about the bag it would be that I went with the metallic edge detailing. It is very fun and really stands out, especially when you consider the contrast between the leather and hardware, however if I were to pick again I’d go for a black bag with all black hardware or silver hardware which would have more of a subdued look. A new Classic City bag is actually on my 2018 bag wishlist so I’ll have to order one and let you guys know how it turns out!

Can You Spot a Fake Gucci Dionysus Bag? A Real vs. Fake Guide

2017 is over (for better or worse), and the Lyst index indicates that Gucci was on fire as the second hottest brand of 2017, right behind Balenciaga. One of Gucci’s most popular handbags of the year was the Dionysus Supreme GG bag which I actually ended up snagging one (as a replica), in the same color combo Chiara Ferragni has (pictured below from her Instagram account):

In this review I will compare an authentic Gucci Dionysus bag to a replica Gucci bag. As you go through the guide, try to guess which is real, and which is fake. By the end of the article you’ll know whether you were right or wrong.

So in case you haven’t seen the Dionysus before, this is the bag pictured on the Gucci site, where it retails for $2,290 USD:

I got my bag as a replica around $420-ish dollars which is about 18% of the authentic retail price.

A Quick Note:

Now one factor I’d like to mention before beginning the comparison, is that the bag pictured on the left is a brand new bag so it looks more polished than the bag on the left, which is used, and was taken with different photography equipment. So please do not take that into consideration when deciding which bag is real and which is fake. Also due to camera lighting variations, the colors might seem a bit different, but they are actually the same. The sizing on the two bags are different as well so please keep that in mind when scrolling down. One last important thing to note is that the replica version of the bag is a counter quality replica bag, meaning it is not a knockoff that you can spot easily. The differences, if any, will be subtle.

Both bags have a red suede interior. Gucci Dionysus Supreme GG bags have an interior suede color that matches the exterior of the bag. If you see a Gucci Dionysus bag that doesn’t have the same interior color suede as the exterior detailing then that is a red flag that the bag you are looking at is fake. The interior of the bag should also have suede lining that meets with GG Supreme canvas interior the pockets. The canvas is usually visible at the bottom and the left and right hand side of the interior of the bag, while the front and back, as well as the middle pocket is suede. Both of the bags pictured above meet these requirements.

Looking from the top down, you cannot spot a difference between the two bags. Both bags have  9 GG’s when you count from top to bottom. The sliding chains also do not display any difference visually. Although the chain hook may seem bigger on the bag on the right it is simply due to the angle the photo was taken at.

Both bags have sides that are lined with suede. The bag looks accordian-like from the side, and the real beauty of the bag really shows from the side.

For comparison sake, this is an authentic Gucci Dionysus. The width of the edges should be this thick in the authentic version of the bag.

The hand painted edges of the bag are coated in a black lining in both the real and fake version of the bag, creating a beautiful contrast between the suede, and the edges of the bag. Please remember that the size difference between the two bags accounts from why the one on the right looks a bit taller.

From the back there is not really much to say, as both bags look essentially identical. Some versions of the Dionysus come with a suede pocket on the back of the bag, however this version of the bag does not have such a pocket, and merely has the coated canvas material on display in the back of the bag.

After scrolling down, I’m sure you’ve realized it’s not really easy to spot the difference between the two bags since the counter quality fake is pretty good. Before I reveal the authentic bag, I want to spice things up by showing you a 3rd picture of a Gucci Dionysus that is in fact 100% authentic:

This is a 100% authentic Gucci Dionysus.

So which bag from the comparison is real? If you guessed that the bag on the right is real, you guessed wrong. It is the fake. However if you guessed the bag on the left is authentic you are indeed right. Either way, whether you got it wrong or right I don’t blame you since the difference is negligible at most. Even the serial number inside the bag matches the authentic Gucci serial number shown on their site. You can view more detailed pictures of the serial number as well as the bag in general by clicking here.

Overall the Gucci Dionysus was one of my favorite bag purchases I made in 2017, and I highly suggest getting one if you are thinking about it as it is a super fun bag that is easy to dress either up or down!

Gucci Dionysus GG Supreme Bag Review (Replica)!

Hello everyone. I hope your 2018 is rolling well so far, and I hope it is a year of happiness, peace, and prosperity for all! So before I begin posting about my new hauls for the year, I am going to finally finish posting some reviews that were lingering, and I just quite frankly never had the time to put up. I’m super sorry to anyone I kept waiting from these reviews, and hope they’ll be helpful to anyone thinking of shopping for a replica out there. So this particular review is about the Gucci Dionysus GG Supreme bag.

So when I shop for bags I mentally categorize them as either fun or serious. Now the Gucci Dionysus GG Supreme bag is a fun bag. It is a stand out piece, and can really take an outfit from mediocre to damn chic. I absolutely love the look of the bag, and the vibe it exudes. I also love how versatile the bag is. It can literally be worn for a day trip while you’re out shopping, or at night if you’re going out for dinner or some fun. The bag is an art work in terms of the intricacy of the design. Everything from the beautiful textured tiger head with the unique closure detail, all the way to the hand painted sides of the bag really make the bag pop when you look at it. I buy a lot of bags, as you may be able to tell by my name, however the Gucci Dionysus bag is one of the few bags that have not only impressed me in terms of being a functional bag, but has also stood out as a true art piece to me. So needless to say anything else, I LOVE the bag. I’ve also seen the bag pop up on Instagram fashionistas a lot, and I’m guessing that everyone else is loving the bag for similar reasons to me. Some of my favorite looks I’ve seen sported with the bag so far include:

Please don’t tell me you haven’t fallen in love with the bag after taking a glimpse at the pics above. I honestly think that the Dionysus embodies the essence of Gucci perfectly, and they really hit the nail on the head with this bag (both literally and figuratively).

So if you have been a blog reader, you are aware that I don’t simply buy any fakes, but only stick with things that are as good as the real deal a.k.a counter quality replicas. So obviously my Gucci Dionysus bag was no exception and I bought a beautiful counter quality copy of the bag, which has perfect stitching, heavy hardware, original quality coated canvas, and genuine suede leather finishings. Anyways enough talking – I will let you judge by the pictures below as to how good the bag is:

What in the world happened to and

Most people who have ever thought of shopping for replicas have most likely heard of Pursevalley and their sister company Perfect Watches. They were a notorious company, and have been up for practically forever – I mean I have been shopping for replicas for over ten years and have seen their sites up since the beginning when I first dipped my toes into replica bags. I was always tempted to try them at first, and did and I got burned and learned a key first lesson in replica shopping: you will make mistakes until you find a good seller.

But now their site is down (it has been since early August). I have heard that many people who ordered in July are hanging on by a thread as their money has been taken however their orders have yet to be fulfilled. I am not surprised Pursevalley decided to go out like this by ripping people off, since any sophisticated replica shopper should be aware they are a very scam-y operation even when they were up. Their bags did not last and their lies were aplenty.

Will Pursevalley pop up again? Who knows? When I think of Pursevalley now I get reminded of a childhood game I played called Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? I guess the only question that remains now is what in the world happened to and

After perusing online I see that people were told they were moving warehouses and that all the products on their site was showing as sold out. Maybe their factory was busted or maybe they just decided to shut down their operations after screwing people over for years. One thing is for sure though, Pursevalley has left a sour taste in many replica shoppers mouth’s, and for many it was their first bad or mediocre experience when shopping for replicas. Whatever the case, whether Pursevalley got busted or shut down, I for one am happy to see them go, and hope they don’t pop back up.

Are you someone who has shopped with Pursevalley right before they got shut down and not received your stuff? Or do you have any idea what happened to them? Please leave a comment below and share your experiences to enlighten us!

Louis Vuitton Damier Graphite Keepall 45 Replica Review

Hello all! This review of my new Louis Vuitton Damier Graphite Keepall 45 is the third review in a series reflecting my Summer ’17 replica haul. You can see my original post outlining all of my purchases by clicking here.  Now this review is different in that I did not buy this bag to use myself but instead bought it for my brother.

After seeing my replica collection and how accurate pieces can be if a person knows how to properly shop for replicas, he requested the Keepall as a litmus test for how good men’s replicas can be. In the past I have purchased a men’s Louis Vuitton wallet in Damier Graphite for my hubby (about a year and a half ago) and the quality has held up pretty well thus far. My brother who I purchased the Keepall for, actually has an authentic bi-fold LV wallet in the monogram print and the two are indistinguishable in terms of quality, even though the models are different.

My brother picked the 45 cm size which is the smallest size available in the collection (the other sizes are 50 cm, 55 cm, and 60 cm). Although it is the smallest size in the collection the bag is still quite big and to be quite honest as soon as it arrived, I kind of fell in love, and am thinking of ordering a Monogram Keepall 45 for myself since it is perfect for weekend getaways, or any short overnight trips where luggage just isn’t necessary. I’ve always known that the Keepall is one of Louis Vuitton’s most iconic and classic pieces, but now I really understand how versatile the bag can be, and recommend it to everyone.

The LV Keepall replica came in packaged flat in the box which was actually really good in that it helped the bag keep its shape without damaging it during transit. One of my biggest worries when waiting for a package is always whether it will be damaged in transit – we all know how careless couriers usually are so if the sender does not take steps to mitigate damage in transit, whatever parcel you are receiving may turn out to be a lost cause. The bag is a counter quality replica like all the other replicas I buy (if you are new to the world of replicas and want to see the grading scale I have shopped with click here). Below you will find the details of my review which will focus on leather quality, hardware quality, stitching & interior of the bag.

One big misconception with Louis Vuitton, especially for first time buyers is that the authentic version of the Canvas series bags (Monogram Canvas, Damier Ebene, Damier Azur, Damier Grapite, Damier Cobalt) are 100% genuine leather. This is FALSE. The Canvas series bags are mainly made with what the title of the bag implies – canvas. Specifically they are made with coated canvas which is adjusted based on the specific print (e.g. Monogram vs. Damier Azur). What is supposed to be genuine leather on a Louis Vuitton bag is the trimming and detailing.

This is what CANVAS is. Louis Vuitton’s canvas bags are coated meaning the designs and colors are printed on this material to make them look like they do!

This means everything from the bag’s tags, handles, all the way to the strap should be genuine leather. The replica Keepall I ordered comes with genuine leather detailing and trimming since it is a counter quality replica. Many replica versions of this bag do not have genuine replica detailing and are usually made with plastic handles, straps etc. If you choose to go for a replica version of this bag make sure you confirm the handles, tags, and trimmings are made with real leather. If you already have a bag you can feel the difference between smooth cowhide and plastic, so you will know if you just feel it out.

The original version of this bag is made with silver brass pieces, and the replica version of the bag I received was made with the same materials. In terms of heaviness I find Louis Vuitton’s hardware to be neither extremely heavy, nor super flimsy, but it is more on the lighter side compared to other brands like Gucci or Chanel.

The authentic version of the Keepall has a cotton lined interior, and the replica version I purchased is also lined with cotton in the interior.  Since the interior is not leather in this case, I don’t have much to say, except that if you are purchasing a replica version of this bag make sure the interior lining color is black to match the original.

This is an important aspect to pay attention to when it comes to any replica as it is what usually helps us decipher the mediocre from the great. I always make sure the stitching is clean and consistent throughout the bag, and the Keepall gets a strong pass in this case.

The bag came with a lock and key set, which is super heavy compared to the rest of of the hardware, and is on par with the original. The lock is embossed with the LV logo and comes with a little key as well.

Classic Lady Dior Bag Replica Review

Hello everyone!

Time for round 2 of my summer hall ’17 reviews! This time I will be reviewing the Lady Dior bag I purchased. The Lady Dior bag is part of Dior’s timeless classics series, and I’m sure we can all agree that the history, structure, and look of the bag all certainly support this. Fun fact – do you know why the Lady Dior bag is called the Lady Dior bag? Well after doing some snooping I found out it was named after none other than Lady Di herself – a.k.a the late Princess of Wales, Diana. So if you are already lucky enough to own one of these bags then now you know your bag is steeped in a bit of royal history. And for those who have been coveting the bag – in other words dying to get one – it only gives you an extra reason to move it up on your wishlist!

I myself can certainly see why Princess Diana loved the bag. It has a regal essence to it and I believe it can make the least sophisticated of gals – myself included – look a little more elegant by sporting this look. As you can tell from the montage above, Princess Diana was obsessed with the bag and had the black color in every size and leather! When I decided to get the bag I naturally floated towards picking black myself – so hey I guess Lady Di and I have something in common when it comes to gravitating towards black accessories! Anyways jokes aside I decided to go for the Lady Dior in the original size in black lambskin (not the mini or the large) with gold hardware. I love the look of silver hardware on a Lady Dior too, but for some reason  felt the black really popped out against the black and I fell in love with the look. The original a.k.a authentic version of the bag retails for around $4,100 USD while I got mine for less than a 1/10 of that at about $400 USD.

I paid for a counter quality replica which means that the bag is as close to the real deal as possible – if you have been reading the blog in the past you know I don’t like to mess around with poor fakes – they are a waste of money in my opinion & I am buying the bag to last as long as the original therefore I only shop for the best. The features of this specific bag that make it counter quality include the leather quality, the hardware quality, the stitching, the interior of the bag, and the overall feel of the bag. I will go into detail about all those details below:

The leather of the bag is genuine lambskin leather and I must tell you it is uber supple. Genuine lambskin leather should have a super buttery feel and the leather on this bag gets a big pass when it comes to this criteria. The leather is very comparable to the Chanel classic flap series which should also be super butter-y. If you buy a poor fake with fake leather that would ruin the whole look of this bag as the quality of the leather will be visible from a mile away.

Good quality hardware should be as heavy as the original. Some brands have lighter hardware while others have a heavier hardware. Dior is a brand that is in the middle when it comes to hardware heaviness. The charms are a bit heavier than the zipper and handles, but overall the there is a good weight to the hardware on this bag. The bag also has little pegs at the bottom to prevent it from getting dirty and also prevents the leather from getting scratched. I personally hate it when brands make bags with delicate leather like lambskin and do not include feet at the bottom (especially if you end up going for the real bag and spending 4 grand), but fortunately the Lady Dior is not one of those bags!

The stitching quality of a bag can either make or break a replica, and the case of this Lady Dior replica it makes the bag. Each square has a 9 count stitch which is on par with the authentic. Once again making a comparison to Chanel, the stitching is something that easily gives away a fake when it comes to that brand too as you notice an overly puffy classic flap. If your replica does not have a good stitch count on par with the original you don’t need to look at any other characteristics as it is bad fake period.

My last and favorite place of a replica bag I peek at in order to judge in order to assess the quality is the interior of the bag. A counter quality bag and a mediocre bag may look similar in many regards however the interior is usually what gives the bag away as fake. Most replica manufacturers use fake leather on the interior of a bag because they are cheap and trying to maximize their dollar made. I always look for a counter quality model of a bag that has real leather or original quality fabric on the interior, and in this case the Dior’s interior is made with real leather trimmings on the interior leather zipper while the actual interior is outlined with a red logo imprinted fabric.

The bag came with a strap that can be used to wear the bag on your shoulder as opposed to simply holding it.

Overall this Lady Dior replica bag is a good example of what a good replica bag should look like and what you should look for when shopping for one if you decide to go for a replica instead of a used or authentic!

Goyard St Louis Tote Replica Review

Hello everyone!

This is the first review of a five part series outlining my Summer ’17 haul (to read my sneak peak article click here), and the first bag I will be reviewing based on popular demand is the Goyard St. Louis tote which I got from here. The Goyard St. Louis tote is highly sought after, and unlike many other brand (ahem ahem LV) you aren’t likely to spot them out and about as much. This is what really attracted me to the Goyard St. Louis tote because it’s nice to have a bag that is undercover luxury. The Goyard St. Louis tote really reminds me of the Louis Vuitton Neverfull, and I like to liken them as cousins that are similar yet very different. The Louis Vuitton Neverfull in the classic Monogram print is very in your face – the brand LV’s initials are splattered all over the bag.

The Goyard St. Louis tote on the other hand is much more demure, and the print is optical-illusion-esque with small logo brand imprints all over. Like the Neverfull the Goyard St. Louis is very functional and versatile offering a LOT of space, and a neat little pouch on the interior to keep your small stuff in. The bag has gorgeously soft leather finishings. Now as a replica bag, I will say that I have not seen many good copies of the Goyard St. Louis. There are a lot of mediocre replicas out there but they aren’t made with the same care and usually something about the pattern tends to be off. However, as usual, I ordered a counter quality copy of the bag which means that these small things are taken into consideration by the manufacturers and this is what make the bag look pretty much identical to the original.

Anyways I will let the pictures speak for themselves (they are worth a thousand words after all), and have a peak below to see them for yourself. Let me know how good of a fake you think it is and if you can spot anything “off” about the bag in the comments.
